You will receive your order in your email (no physcial passes will be mailed to you). There will be a link in your email for you to click on to retrieve your family play pass/ticket. Please print out your play pass/ticket (it will have a barcode on it) and present to the Chaos front desk to redeem your packages. If you are unable to print the pass/ticket, our front desk staff can scan the barcode on the play pass/ticket from your phone. Once redeemed, the barcode on your email will not be valid.
